Learning outcomes
Achievement of such competencies as knowledge of legislation and doctrine on formation and performance of agreements in corporate legal relations and other types of agreements formed in business associations; solving problems in the field of lawmaking and law enforcement; application of the rules of substantive and procedural law to resolving specific practical situations that arise in the process of formation and performance of contracts; identification and analysis of legal problems and formation of legal conclusions on the subject of the course; legal consulting; drafting agreements and procedural documents.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the provisions of legislation that determine the features of the legal status of business associations. Be able to consolidate the knowledge gained during lectures by studying relevant legislation and sources of special literature on the topics of the course; independently identify problems of scientific and practical nature; solve problems. Possess basic skills in drafting agreements between business entities in general, as well as claims aimed at protecting the rights and interests of participants in relations connected with formation and performance of agreements in business associations.
Course content
The course provides students with the specific features of agreements in corporate relations, as well as other agreements with specifics of formation and performance formed in companies. The course develops students’ ability to independently find theoretical problems that arise in the process of formation and performance of such agreements, as well as to effectively apply case law to solving theoretical and practical problems.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Teaching of this discipline is carried out in the form of lectures, using visual aids, including demonstrations and illustrations (schemes providing an image of the concept or a problem that is covered). Communicative learning enables students to develop the ability to substantiate their position on various legal issues of the course. This includes oral discussions, solving problems, filing claims, lawsuits.
Assessment methods and criteria
Types of formative assessment are chosen by the teacher in compliance with the course syllabus. The teacher processes students’ points scored during coursework and enters them into the student performance evaluation documents. At the first seminar, each student receives an individual task to prepare a report on the topic set by the teacher. The teacher sets a schedule with the deadlines for each student to make a report. The final grade for the semester is announced by the teacher at the last lesson. Missed lessons are completed by means of oral questioning or performing another type of task set by the teacher.
