Learning outcomes
Students' achievement of such competencies, skills and abilities as: fluency in a legal foreign language (one of the official languages of the Council of Europe) orally and in writing; analyze the interaction of international law and international legal systems with the legal system of Ukraine on the basis of awareness of the basic modern legal doctrines, values and principles of law; conduct a comparative legal analysis of individual legal institutions of different legal systems taking into account the relationship of the legal system of Ukraine with the legal systems of the Council of Europe and the European Union; have practical skills in solving problems related to the implementation of procedural functions of law enforcement agencies

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the literary sources on the problems of legal support of relations in the field of reproductive law, acts of legislation governing the relations of the participants of the relevant legal relations and the practice of resolving relevant disputes; Be able to assess and give a legal description of individual legal relations arising in the field of reproductive law; Have basic skills in drafting transactions taking into account the peculiarities of the practical situation and resolving disputes arising in the field of reproductive law using legal methods
Course content
Forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at conducting a legal analysis of relations in the field of reproductive law and the study of theoretical and practical issues concerning the functioning of the reproductive law system. The course provides students with in-depth study of international acts, current legislation of Ukraine in the field of reproductive law, case law, legal literature, basic concepts and special terminology.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, self-study work of the student on the basis of textbooks, abstracts, methodical recommendations, consultations with the teacher.
Assessment methods and criteria
At seminars ongoing performance assessment of the student's knowledge of the discipline includes: reports (speeches on a given topic) - from 10 to 15 points; supplement to the report - from 5 to 7 points; case resolution - from 5 to 8 points; abstract - from 4 to 10 points. The following are subject to assessment: the level of knowledge demonstrated in the response; activity in discussing issues; systematic work in the classroom; homework results. Missing for good reason seminars students can work in extracurricular time (during the teacher's consultations) through oral interviews, testing, preparation of scientific reports. A student who has not reached the minimum threshold level of assessment (24 points) of those learning outcomes that cannot be assessed during the final control may be excluded from the final assessment. The final assessment of the student's knowledge takes place during the written test (maximum score - 60).
