Learning outcomes
To analyze social processes in the context of the analyzed problem and demonstrate own vision of ways to solve it.
Student’s mastering the theoretical and practical knowledge of the analysis of legal form, content, main types of administrative contracts (agreements) of public administration bodies in the European Union and Ukraine, features of interaction of administrative institutions in complex horizontal and vertical interaction, as well as features of their conclusion, implementation , appeals in court.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) knowledge of doctrinal understanding of the nature and essence of administrative bodies, executive power, management relations, resulting from the study of the discipline "Administrative Law", civil and economic nature of contracts and agreements within the disciplines "Civil Law", " Economic (commercial) law ";
2)skills’ possession of perception and analysis of the provisions of regulations governing the activities of executive bodies.
Course content
When studying the discipline, the following aspects are revealed on the basis of systematic and comparative legal analysis:
a) provisions on modern types, content, specifics of public administration contracts in the public law sphere; b) characteristics of modern approaches to the conclusion of public administration contracts and their legal mediation in the legislation of European countries;
c) requirements for the legal form and content, essential conditions of contracts of public administration bodies in the countries of the European Union; d) current trends in the conclusion of digital contracts of public administration; e) appealing in court against improper performance of public administration contracts in European countries.

Lecture, seminar, independent work of the student, also express questionnaires are carried out,
testing, modulе control work, intermediate control (final control work), credit.
Assessment methods and criteria
semester forms of assessment:
1. express questioning - from 1 to 4 points;
2. colloquium - from 3 to 4 points;
3. reports and scientific works - from 6 to 7 points;
4. testing (from the set of judgments to choose the right ones) - from 6 to 7 points;
5. two module tests - from 2 to 4 points for each (total: from 6 to 12 points);
6. intermediate control (final test) - 2 to 6 points.
