Learning outcomes
To present your research on a legal topic, using primary sources and techniques of legal interpretation of difficult and complex problems that arise from this research.
To argue the conclusions.
To generate new ideas and use modern technologies in providing legal services.
To analyze the interaction of international law and international legal systems with the legal system of Ukraine based on awareness of the basic modern legal doctrines, values and principles of law’s functioning.
To know the basic approaches to the nature of procedural documents in administrative proceeding.
To analyze, critically comprehend the drafted procedural documents at different stages of the judicial review of an administrative case.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
The knowledge of the nature of administrative-legal dispute as a legal conflict, approaches to its resolution, rights and responsibilities of participants in administrative proceeding;
Possession of skills in drafting legal documents on court proceedings, in appellate and cassation proceedings.
Course content
When studying the discipline the following issues are revealed: a) general characteristics of procedural documents;
b) written statements of the case’s parties; c) procedural documents that ensure the recording of judicial administrative proceeding; d) court decisions of the court of first instance, stages of review and execution of court decisions; e) procedural documents related the European Court of Human Rights’ application.

Forms of student assessment
- semester forms of assessment:
1. report (speech on a given topic) - up to 3 points;
2. supplement to the report - 1 point;
3. solving a legal problem - up to 5 points;
4. independent work - up to 5 points;
5. express questioning (short answers to the questions) - up to 2 points;
6. testing (from the set of judgments to choose the right ones) - up to 10 points;
7. participation in the discussion - up to 2 points;
8. development of a draft procedural document - up to 5 points;
9. solving problems - up to 5 points;
10. test - up to 10 points.
