Learning outcomes
Students’ achievement of such competencies, skills and abilities as the ability to apply existing knowledge on agrarian and legal disciplines; analyze and evaluate practical situations and formulate their conclusions in regulation of agrarian relations sphere; be able to settle practical situations related to the application of the provisions of agrarian and other legislation in the field of legal regulation of agrarian relations; formulate proposals and generalizations based on the conducted analysis results.

Students have to preliminary
know substantive and procedural legislation norms, which can be applied to the regulation of agrarian legal relations, the system and structure of public authorities and local self-government, general principles of legal liability for the law violation.
be able to correctly interpret and apply the provisions of regulatory legal acts, justify own position with the reference to regulatory framework and make conclusions, independently solve practical situations in the field of agribusiness public administration.
Have skills of analysis, legal norms interpretation, comparative-legal research conducting, practical application of regulatory legal acts prescriptions.
Course content
Students master the methodological, scientific and theoretical, legislative foundations of agribusiness public administration in Ukraine, theoretical and practical problems of implementation of the principles of agribusiness public administration, peculiarities of methods and forms of agribusiness public administration, legal nature of public administration of agrarian legal relations. Legal regulation issues of public administration in growing and circulation of crop production, animal husbandry and fish farming, agricultural production conducting in public-private partnership conditions are considered. Peculiarities of organizational and legal support of agricultural production in the context of EU and WTO requirements are studied.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Teaching is provided in the form of lectures, professor’s explanations and group analysis of new material. Seminars involve independent preliminary preparation and reports presentations on a given topic, familiarization with groupmates’ reports and comparison of the results.
Discussion of the course issues is possible in a group format and with elements of gamification. Some issues are studied using the case method based on the development of situations in the field of agribusiness public administration of in Ukraine.
Individual works includes search for peculiarities of agribusiness public administration, their essence clarification, current affairs research of state-legal regulation of agrarian relations in Ukraine for presentation and analysis in classes.
Assessment methods and criteria
Types of continuous assessment are selected by the instructor who conducts practical classes in accordance with the training program. The instructor, who conducts practical classes, sets the number of grades scored from the continuous assessment and enters them in the relevant documents of student performance. If a student is absent from a practical lesson for good reasons, he/she may make up the missed class in extra-curricular classes within 7 days after the missed class during the teacher's consultation hours. Academic detention is carried out by oral examination or by performing another type of task set by the instructor. Grades are not awarded for missed classes. At the end of the semester, student’s missed classes are not made up. Individual works assessment is carried out in a class according to the pre-determined timeline of their implementation by results presentations, group discussion etc.
