Learning outcomes
Achievement of the following competencies, skills and abilities: ability to thoroughly analyse the theoretical and legal basis for appealing the actions and decisions of public authorities; application of legal knowledge in practice; ability to solve complex problems in the field of lawmaking and law enforcement; development of draft claims and other procedural documents; ability to evaluate the latest economic and legal tools; knowledge of the basic principles of legal protection and protection of property rights of business entities, methods, forms and means of protection

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the provisions of the Economic Code of Ukraine and legislative acts from the course of Economic Law which regulate the legal status of business entities of various organizational and legal forms, determine the legal status of their property, the system of bodies resolving economic disputes, provisions of the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine 2. Be able to consolidate and deepen the knowledge gained during lectures by means of processing sources of special literature on relevant topics of the course; use the knowledge acquired from other disciplines, in particular, civil and economic law; use legal information and analytical resources of the Internet; perform self-study tasks, solve problems. 3. Possess skills for drafting law enforcement acts and procedural documents; select methods and forms of protection and resolution of legal disputes in the field of economic activity, taking into account the peculiarities of a specific situation and with the help of legal methods
Course content
The discipline is aimed at mastering theoretical and practical knowledge concerning application of basic forms of economic and legal liability for economic offenses

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Types of classes include lectures, seminars, guest lectures. Forms of learning: group learning. Teaching methods: the optimal combination of general didactic methods, interactive techniques and teaching aids used to organize the educational process at the university (teaching material in the form of lectures using video presentations, dialogue, discussion, questioning, role play, mini-group work etc.). Presentations of lectures, online learning materials, problems (practical cases), tests, individual self-study tasks are used.
Assessment methods and criteria
Types of formative assessment are chosen by the teacher who conducts practical lessons. Semester assessment: 1. report - from 3 to 5 points; 2. questioning - from 3 to 5 points; 3. participation in the discussion - from 3 to 5 points; 4. individual written task - from 6 to 10 points. 5. solving a case (problem) - up to 3 to 5; 6. module test - from 6 to 10 points Students can complete a missed lesson within 14 days after recovery by means of an oral answer or written assignment. The maximum score that can be achieved by a student at the end of the semester is 40 points; minimum - 24 points. The form of final control is a credit, where the maximum number of points that a student can achieve is 60.
