Learning outcomes
Know the peculiarities of the formation and development of the constitutional and legal status of political parties, approaches to the classification of political parties, their legal nature, the functions of political parties; sources on the issues of constitutional and legal regulation of political parties and public organizations, the rules of which regulate public relations with the participation of political parties and public organizations. Identify the main components of the constitutional and legal status of political parties and public organizations; to analyze the practice of resolving constitutional disputes. Be able to distinguish between the constitutional and legal status of political parties and the constitutional and legal status of public organizations; to analyze the situations that arise in the implementation of the rights and responsibilities of political parties and public organizations; to develop proposals for improving the current legislation.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Study of disciplines "Theory of State and Law", "Constitutional Law", "International Law", "Administrative Procedure", "Administrative Law". Knowledge of the theoretical grounds of constitutional capacity and constitutional tort, the concept and types of subjects of constitutional law; possession of skills in regulations drafting.
Course content
The study of the discipline reveals the following issues on the principle of architecture: political party as a subject of constitutional law; institutionalization of political parties; funding of political parties; constitutional and legal responsibility of political parties; legal regulation of the formation and grounds for termination of political parties; legislative regulation of interaction of political parties with state authorities and local self-government bodies; concepts, main features of public organizations as subjects of constitutional law; constitutional and legal regulation of the status of socio-economic, socio-cultural and religious associations of citizens.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Webinars, lectures on youtube channels, online testing, expert evaluation, video, case study, simulation of various situations, discussions, work in small groups, etc.
Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment methods - the type of work / activity of the applicant, which will assess the level of achievement of learning outcomes (testing, creative tasks, individual work, independent work, etc. and the minimum threshold after which a positive assessment is credited) - and evaluation criteria are communicated to applicants before beginning of the study of the discipline by a teacher who conducts seminars. At the ongoing and final performance evaluation are subject to assessment: the level of "Knowledge", "Understanding", "Application", "Analysis" / "Synthesis" / "Evaluation", demonstrated by the applicant. If the applicant is absent from the seminar for good reasons, he can work out the missed lesson at extracurricular time. Points are not awarded for missed classes. The maximum total number of points the applicant can score in the ongoing performance evaluation - 40, in the exam - 60. The final score for the discipline is set on a 100-point scale (ECTS) and a national scale.
