Learning outcomes
Know and understand the essence of constitutional responsibility; know the history of the origin and development of constitutional responsibility in Ukraine; be aware of the European and world practice of constitutional responsibility; know the classification of constitutional responsibility and its implementation; be competent in matters of constitutional responsibility of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other state authorities and local governments.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know features, functions, types, grounds and procedure for the application of constitutional responsibility to the relevant state bodies and local governments. Be able to analyze the current legislation governing the constitutional liability of certain entities, to identify ways to reform the legislation in this area of knowledge.
Course content
Students study the issues of classification of constitutional responsibility, its implementation, constitutional responsibility of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other bodies of state authority and local self-government, ways to improve current legislation of Ukraine.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at providing in-depth study of constitutional responsibility of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other public authorities and local governments. Interactive teaching methods (brainstorming, case studies, discussions and others); using the latest information technologies; preparation of scientific reports, situational games, debates, colloquia, testing (including using Google Forms).
Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment methods - the type of work / activity of the applicant, which will assess the level of achievement of learning outcomes (testing, creative tasks, individual work, independent work, etc. and the minimum threshold after which a positive assessment is credited) - and evaluation criteria are communicated to applicants before beginning of the study of the discipline by a teacher who conducts seminars. At the ongoing and final performance evaluation are subject to assessment: the level of "Knowledge", "Understanding", "Application", "Analysis" / "Synthesis" / "Evaluation", demonstrated by the applicant. If the applicant is absent from the seminar for good reasons, he can work out the missed lesson at extracurricular time. Points are not awarded for missed classes. The maximum total number of points the applicant can score in the ongoing performance evaluation - 40, in the exam - 60. The final score for the discipline is set on a 100-point scale (ECTS) and a national scale.
