Students’ achievement of such competencies, skills and abilities as: finding solutions, preparing lawsuits and legal advice on resolving practical situations related to the application of the requirements of agricultural and other legislation in the field of legal regulation of agricultural relations; to demonstrate clear and unambiguous conclusions, knowledge, explanations, ideas that substantiate them, personal experience in the field of regulation of agrarian relations; to independently choose ways of protection of the violated rights of subjects of agrarian legal relations.

External form

It is mandatory to preliminary - know: general theory of state and law, disciplines "Land Law", "Civil Law", "Commercial Law", "Constitutional Law", "Environmental Law", "Tax Law". - Be able to: make a theoretical and comparative analysis of legal phenomena and trends in the production and sale of agricultural products and on this basis to form their general and professional worldview on reforming agricultural relations, system, structure and content of agrarian law. - Master the following skills: interpretation of legal norms, conducting comparative legal research, application of legal acts of legislation in practice

The course gets students familiar with the methodological, doctrinal, constitutional foundations of legal regulation of agrarian relations in Ukraine; the main forms, ways and consequences of agrarian reform; features of objects, subjects, content of agrarian legal relations; the features of public administration of agrarian relations, legal support for sustainable development of rural areas and access to agricultural markets; features of the legal status of agricultural producers and the specifics of the legal regulation of their agricultural production in terms of WTO membership and associate membership in the EU.

Lecture, seminar, individual work. Report (presentation on a given topic), enhencing to the report, express survey, case solving, individual work, testing (choose the correct one from a set of judgments), module control.

Types of ongoing monitoring are selected according to the programme and may include evaluation of reports, surveys, testing, etc. The teacher, who conducts seminars, sets the number of points scored out of current control points and puts them in the documents of student performance. If a student is absent at a seminar for good reasons, he / she may work out the missed class in extra-curricular classes within 7 days after the missed class during the teacher's consultations. Academic detention is carried out by oral examination or other type of task set by the teacher. Points are not awarded for missed classes. It is not allowed to work out the missed classes at the end of the semester. Assessment of individual tasks is carried out in class according to a predetermined schedule of their performance by listening to the results, group discussion and more.
