Learning outcomes
To know: - subject, methods, theoretical foundations of the philosophy of corporeality - principles of building knowledge of corporeality - the foundations of the emergence of the topic of corporeality and its cultural preconditions - the essence of the performative turn in philosophy and humanities - features of different methodological approaches to the study of corporeality Be able to: - explain the preconditions for the formation of the topic of corporeality in philosophy and the humanities - explain the variability of modern approaches to the study of corporeality - to carry out a categorical description of bodily experience Communication: - to present the results of the research - participate in professional discussions in the course of classwork Autonomy and responsibility: - to solve problems related to the corporeality - make decisions on the choice of methods of the own research

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prior to studying this course, students should know: conceptual knowledge of theoretical and practical philosophy, specifics of philosophical problems; critical understanding of the features and problems of modern philosophical concepts and options for solving philosophical problems. Be able to: carry out analytical and research work; set specific goals and objectives of philosophical research and implement them. Possess basic skills to solve problems in the learning process and in research activities; analytically justify the goals and directions of research in philosophy; carry out various types of research work; properly present the results of research; communicate fluently in a professional environment.

Topic 1: Introduction. The concept of corporeality Topic 2. Corporeality of being (stoicism) Topic 3: Corporeality of existence (phenomenology) Topic 4. Corporeality of consciousness (Freudianism) Topic 5. Corporeality of the incorporeal (structuralism)

Assessment methods and criteria
The overall grade for the semester consists of points received for class work (oral presentations, additions and participation in discussions at seminars), for self-study (summary of primary sources, bibliography and annotation). Assessment of semester work: 1. Oral report, additions and participation in seminar discussions - 12 / 20 points 2. Self-study (summary of primary sources) - 18 / 30 points 3. Self-study - 18 / 30 points All types of work for the semester have - a maximum of 80 points - a minimum 48 points Final written test - 12 / 20 points
