To know:
The content, scope and functions of the main technologies and techniques of psychologists in cultural organisations.
Methodology and psychological methods of studying personality, organisation, and methods of making managerial decisions.
The content of the concept of technological approach in the work of organisational psychologists, humanitarian and psychological technologies.
Content, structure and main manifestations of the "professional burnout" syndrome.
Basic techniques of work of an organisational manager.
Be able to:
Use the basic technologies and techniques of a manager in cultural organisations.
Apply the methodology and psychological methods of studying the individual, the organisation, and methods of making managerial decisions.
Apply the basic techniques of an organisational manager.
Communication.
Possess skills of decision-making and justification.
Skills in using various technologies and techniques for working with staff.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) knowledge of the theoretical foundations of general and social psychology and psychodiagnostics;
2) be able to evaluate, analyse the causes and consequences of the interaction of the individual in group, groups, public and social institutions;
3) basic skills of social and psychological modelling, methods of verbal and non-verbal psychodiagnostics.
Course content
Topic 1: Methods of management psychology and organisational psychology.
Topic 2. Technological approach in the work of organisational psychologists of cultural institutions.
Topic 3. The role of interactive techniques in the implementation of a technological approach in the work of organisational psychologists.
Content part 2. TECHNOLOGIES OF WORK OF ORGANISATIONAL PSYCHOLOGISTS
Topic 4. Basic technologies and methods of work of organisational psychologists with managers, staff of cultural organisations.
Topic 5. Technology of prevention and resolution of organisational conflicts in cultural institutions.
Topic 6: Technology of prevention and overcoming the syndrome of "professional burnout" in organisations.
Topic 7. The main techniques of work of an organisational psychologist in psychodiagnostics for the selection and development of staff of cultural institutions.

Assessment of semester work:
1. Oral answer, supplement - 22 / 40 points
2. Presentations, participation in discussions, work in microgroups - 18 / 30 points
3. Test tasks - 10 / 10 points
The number of points during the study period is formed by the points obtained by the applicant in the process of mastering the material from the entire course. The total grade during the study period consists of the points obtained for classroom work, presentations, work in microgroups, and test assignments. All these types of work for the semester have
- a maximum of 80 points
- a minimum of 50 points
Final written test - 10 / 20 points
