P01. Collect, process and analyze information in the branches of the subject area of ​​geographical sciences. P07. Apply models, methods and data of natural and social sciences, information technologies, etc. when studying the formation and development of objects and processes of the geographical envelope. P08. Use field and laboratory methods to analyze natural and socio-geographic objects and systems. P10. Analyze the composition and structure of natural and socio-geographic objects and systems (according to specialization) at different spatio-temporal levels. P13. Adhere to moral and ethical aspects of research, intellectual and academic integrity, professional code of conduct. P14. Demonstrate the ability to conduct independent research of natural and socio-geographic objects, systems and processes in the geographic envelope under field and laboratory conditions.

Full-time form

1) successful mastery of such educational disciplines as "Soil science", "Soil research", "Soil physics", "Soil chemistry", "Soil cover and land resources of the world", "Genesis and morphology of soils", "Methods of soil science research", " Soils of Ukraine"; 2) mastery of soil research methods; 3) skills in working with cartographic materials.

The discipline is devoted to questions of modern soil science about the biosphere ecological functions of the soil cover, types of its quality control, methods of preventing degradation processes.
