Learning outcomes
Know the basic approaches to defining the concept of parliamentary procedure and its components, their general and special types. Know the institutional component of the legislative process, the procedure for implementing the legislative function of parliament. Be able to analyze the peculiarities of the implementation of certain types of parliamentary procedures. Be able to characterize the functions of legislative initiative, the preparatory process of lawmaking, the peculiarities of the activities of bodies at different levels in this area. Be able to determine the specific activities of parliament to implement the legislative function. Organize effective communications of the parliament with other bodies.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the basics of administrative and organizational theories; theories of public administration, legal principles of political and administrative activities. Be able to apply the main categories, concepts, terms in the analysis of management activities, to summarize the scientific literature on public administration and administration, leadership, organizational management, elitology. Have basic skills and apply basic knowledge of historical, cultural, political, social, economic principles of state and society to analyze current trends in strategic management.

Assessment methods and criteria
The semester number of points is formed by the points obtained by the student in the process of mastering the material from all parts of the discipline. The general semester assessment consists of points obtained for 1) classroom work (oral reports, additions and participation in discussions at seminars), 2) individual independent work (abstract) on current issues of communication management; All types of work in the semester result in: maximum measurement - 60 points; minimum measurement - 36 points. In case of absence from the seminar, the student must complete the assignments for the seminar orally or in writing. - final assessment in the form of an exam: 40 points (threshold score of 20 points).
