1. To know: basic statements of the Constitution, Civil Code of Ukraine, Criminal Code of Ukraine and other normative acts that can be applied to the regulation of land relations; to know the theory and history of law, doctrinal statements of constitutional, administrative, civil, environmental and other studied branches of law, fundamental scientific works in these fields; the basic rules of law enforcement. 2. To be able to solve conflicts of norms by applying the provisions of legal regulations, to justify your own position with reference to the legal framework and, if necessary, doctrinal approaches, to analyse judicial, administrative and other law enforcement practices and draw conclusions, to solve practical situations independently. 3. Have skills in: interpreting legal norms, conducting comparative legal research, applying legal acts in practice

Semester evaluation of such types of work as: discussions, questioning, problem solving, testing, control works are carried out in the classes, which take place according to the timetable. Independent work of the student consists in systematic study of normative legislative acts and judicial practice in the sphere of legal regulation of land relations in Ukraine. The learnt material is tested at each practical session in the form of an oral questioning. In addition, the results of independent processing of the material are checked in the form of short written works, each of which is assessed by a maximum of 5 points. The work is completed by the student completing additional computational assignments in the discipline

Knowledge control is based on the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level evaluation of the learnt material, the theoretical training evaluation is 25% of the total semester grade; the practical training evaluation is 75% of the total semester grade. Semester evaluation (MAX - 80 points / MIN - 48 points): 1. Practical (seminar) sessions - max. 35 points/min. 21 points. 2. Tests - max.20 points/min.12 points (two module tests). 3. Independent work - max.5 points/minute. 3 points 4 Individual analytical work - max. 20 Retaking the semester control in order to improve a positive grade is not allowed. Final evaluation: The final examination takes the form of a test papers, evaluated at a maximum of 20 points, carried out in one of the last practical classes. The final grade is awarded on the basis of the semester's work as the sum of the points received during the semester, including the points received for the independent work and the final test papers.
