To know the theoretical and methodological foundations of state regulation of innovative activity in Ukraine. Know the organizational and legal principles of ensuring the sphere of innovative activity. To be able to analyze problems in the field of innovative activities of relations, to determine the priority problems of the system of public management of innovative activities and ways to solve them. To know: the basic principles of the territorial organization of power in Ukraine, the principles of regulatory and legal support for the activities of public authorities; To be able to use analytical and statistical methods of information processing regarding socio-economic development of territorial entities. Possess the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical, sociological and other data.
