Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes Know: management laws affecting management decision-making; main areas of application of ideas and principles of system analysis to solve management problems. Be able to: perform ranking of alternative projects; apply the system approach and system analysis technologies in tasks of optimization, management, decision-making and information processing. autonomy and responsibility: to have the basic concepts of system analysis and decision-making theory, to be able to apply them — this affects the processing of information, its analytical study from the point of view of managerial decision-making and, above all, passes the stage of logical research, as a result of which a system model is sought

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements 1. Know: the classification of management decisions, the principles of making and implementing management decisions and analyzing the situation; 2. To be able to systematize and generalize the information necessary for making managerial decisions and to use basic and special methods of developing managerial decisions and analyzing the situation. 3. Possess development skills and justify the options for making effective decisions in conditions of uncertainty and the basics of situation analysis.

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment Semester assessment: assessment is carried out during the semester of all types of work, including surveys, independent work, performance and presentation of an individual analytical task. – semester evaluation (MAX – 60 points / MIN – 36 points) – final assessment (MAX – 40 points / MIN – 24 points): the form of final assessment is an exam. The form of the exam is written work with tasks of various levels of difficulty. – final evaluation: the final evaluation is defined as the sum of evaluations (points) for all successfully evaluated learning outcomes during the semester (MAX – 100 points / MIN – 60 points).
