Learning outcomes Know the subject, methods, theoretical foundations of research on issues in the field of public management and administration, as well as philosophical, political science, economics, interdisciplinary research; Be able to demonstrate knowledge of specialized philosophical and management literature on relevant course topics; communication: use philosophical knowledge and knowledge of foreign languages to analyze informational Internet resources with expert assessments, statistical data, read the latest literature in preparation for seminar classes and write independent works; autonomy and responsibility: independently search and critically analyze literature on philosophical problems of management, issues of public management, master methods of processing, analysis and synthesis of scientific information

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements to know classical, non-classical and post-classical types of philosophical rationality, which are present in the history of management thought; philosophical foundations of managerial activity, their main concepts and categories; to be able to identify the marginal worldview bases of managerial activity, to determine the philosophical content of the universals of the culture of managerial thinking and managerial activity, to collect and interpret information about the phenomena and phenomena of social life, state-management, economic and political processes and of events; To have the skills of philosophical reflection of critical situations, the skills of independent search, typology and information management; use of foreign-language professional sources; to learn and master modern knowledge.

Methods and criteria of assessment the final number of points in the discipline (maximum 100 points), which is defined as the sum (simple or weighted) of points for systematic work during the semester. The credit is given based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester. Thus, the final grade consists of the sum of the semester number of points and the final test
