Learning outcomes -The main forms and methods of influence of state authorities on the development of entrepreneurship. - Contradictions and trends in the development of innovative entrepreneurship. - Classification of key success factors in entrepreneurial activity. - The process of making managerial decisions in entrepreneurship. - Ways of partnership between entrepreneurs and the state in solving socio-economic problems. - The technology of starting one's own business. - Peculiarities of the organization of employment of employees. l - Basic prerequisites for entrepreneurial activity. - Use the current regulatory framework for starting and running a business, organizing the hiring of employees. -Analyze various business ideas to create your own business. - Formulate strategies for the development of business entities.

Prerequisites and additional requirements to have knowledge, abilities and skills in the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle, such as: "Introduction to university studies" and others. to know the main categories and concepts related to the life activity of a person and society. to be able to identify, analyze educational and scientific information, make reasonable conclusions on issues of professional activity. to have elementary skills of drafting written documents, correcting their content, systematizing materials necessary for work, effective organization of one's own educational activity.

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment Evaluation of students' work includes current control and semester control in the form of credit. The maximum amount of points that a student can earn during his studies is 100 points, which are conditionally distributed 50/50 between the module "Selected sections of labor law" and the module "Fundamentals of entrepreneurial activity". The student receives a credit based on the results of the academic work in the semester (according to the results of the current control), if the student received a minimum of 30 points from each of these blocks.
