Learning outcomes
Know: The essence and content of public administration. Principles of public administration. Subjects and objects of state administration. The ratio of state and public administration; general social efficiency of state administration. Be able to: analyze the relationship between political and administrative components in public administration; to give a legal description of normative legal acts relating to the system of public administration in Ukraine Autonomy and responsibility: Independently search for and critically process the literature on the problems of organizational and legal provision of state administration, be fluent in the methods of processing, analysis and synthesis of scientific information;

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements To know: regulatory and organizational principles of public service, problematic issues of institutional support for its management; concepts and types of public service; concepts and types of state bodies; constitutional principles of formation of state bodies. Be able to: analyze the relationship between the political and administrative components in public administration, give an organizational and legal description of public service relations; to orientate in the basic principles of functioning and ways of organizing public-service relations; to use the acquired information in the analysis of current modern management problems in the field of public administration.

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.7), which makes up 30% of the total grade for the semester, and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1 - 2.4; communication 3.1 – 3.2; autonomy 4.1 – 4.3), which is 70% of the total grade for the semester. – semester evaluation (MAX – 60 points / MIN – 36 points
