Learning outcomes Know: conceptual principles and stages of development of the theory and practice of public management and administration; specifics of public management and its relationship with public administration and state management; laws, regularities, principles, basic models, methods and styles of public management and administration To be able to: possess the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the theory of public management and administration; use a system-situational view of management processes in social systems; autonomy and responsibility: independently search and critically process the literature on public management and administration, be fluent in the methods of processing, analysis and synthesis of scientific information; independently solve complex tasks related to on improving public management and administration;

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: the main characteristics of the historical process of the formation of states; the mission of the systems of state administration and local self-government in the context of the overall civilizational historical development; Be able to: distinguish factors that allow to interpret the phenomenon of managerial activity as a social phenomenon and other related processes; apply basic categories, concepts (terms) in the analysis of state-management processes; Possess elementary skills: factor analysis when studying the phenomenon of management activity in the context of ensuring the vital activities of a person, society and the state;
