Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements 2.1. It is studied after mastering the cycle of ensuring general competences, the cycle of acquiring language competences. 2.2. Before starting this course, students should know the basics of jurisprudence; basic concepts and categories in the field of public power and state administration; foundations of the theory of modern foreign constitutionalism; foundations of the theory of modern Ukrainian constitutionalism; foundations of private law. 2.3.To be able to collect and interpret information about the phenomena and phenomena of public power and governance; apply basic legal terms and legal categories when analyzing public management processes and the emergence of civil legal relations in the field of public management and administration. 2.4. Possess elementary skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting regarding civil relations in the field of public management and administration.

Methods and criteria of assessment - semester evaluation forms: 1. performance in class - from 1 to 4 points 2. supplement to the performance - from 1 to 4 points 3. essential questions to the speakers (discourse) - from 1 to 3 points 4. reports and scientific works - from 5 to 7 points 5. solving the case - from 1 to 4 6. two final (modular) test papers - from 1 to 5 points for each (total: from 2 to 10 points) According to the results of compiling the final form of control (credit), the student can get a maximum of 60 points.
