Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes Know: the essence of basic concepts management; general principles, laws and patterns of formation, main schools of management; management functions and methods; modern approaches in management; features of management in public sphere; professional organization activities of managers at different levels management, communications in management. Be able to: correctly determine the essence and content management processes, including public sphere; orientate in modern approaches in management; to distinguish between types of management. to determine the problems of the object of management, to use the acquired knowledge in the process of justifying and making management decisions.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements 1. Know: the basic principles of economic theory, history and theory of public management and administration, public management and regulation in the economy, personnel policy and civil service, selected sections of labor law and the basics of entrepreneurial activity, psychology of management, document flow and preparation of analytical documents, sociology, ethics 2. To be able to use analytical and statistical methods of information processing, analyze and carry out communication in the system of interpersonal communication. 3. To have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical, sociological and other data, work with the legal framework, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

CONTENT MODULE 2 "Features of management in the public sphere" Topic 6. Peculiarities of planning in public sphere Topic 7. Organization as a function management Motivation of the public employee Topic 8. Controlling in the body's activities public administration. Topic 9. Information and communication flows in the public sphere. Topic 10. Security management as special type of management in the public sphere.

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment 1. Oral survey, discussion – 6 points / 4 points; 2. Modular control work (2 MKR, 7 points max.each) – 14 points / 8 points; 3. Individual analytical task – 16 points / 10 points 4. Independent work – 24 points / 14 points; Rescheduling the semester control in order to improve a positive grade is not allowed is allowed – final evaluation (MAX – 40 points / MIN – 24 points): – final evaluation: Semester evaluation: is carried out during the semester of all types of work, including surveys, independent work, performance and presentation of an individual analytical task.
