Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes Know: the main areas of implementation state and local administration self-government in Ukraine; systemic and structural organization of public authorities Be able to: apply the acquired knowledge regarding the organization of the work of public authorities, use organizational and management tools in the process of practical activity; independently navigate the system of legislative and local legal acts regulating social relations in the field of public administration and local self-government autonomy and responsibility: demonstrate an understanding of personal responsibility for professional and/or management decisions or provided proposals/recommendations that may affect the direction of state administration and local self-government in Ukraine; substantiation of the problems of state administration and local self-government in Ukraine; substantiation of the goals and priority areas of activity of public authorities

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements 1. To know: the basic principles of public administration in Ukraine, the foundations of regulatory and legal support for the activities of public authorities; the main areas of state administration and local self-government; systemic and structural organization of public authorities. 2. Be able to navigate the system of legislative and local legal acts regulating social relations in the field of state administration and local self-government; analyze and comment on normative legal acts that regulate issues of organization and activity of public authorities; predict the direction of development of state and self-governing institutions in Ukraine. 3. Possess the skills of forecasting, analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of various types of data, work with the legal framework, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment – semester evaluation (MAX – 80 points / MIN – 48 points): 1. Performance of practical (seminar) classes - max. 35 points / min. 21 points. 2. Control works - max. 20 points / min. 12 points (two modular test papers) 3. Independent work is a breeze. 5 points / min. 3 points 4. Individual analytical work - mach. 20 points / min. 12 points. - final evaluation The final control is carried out in the form of a written control work, which is assessed at a maximum of 20 points and is conducted at one of the last practical classes in the discipline.
