Learning outcomes
Know: content, structure and psychological components of management of organizations; on the psychological readiness of heads of organizations for management Lecture, seminar class; factors of managerial decision-making by managers
To be able to: analyze the impact of key psychological components on management decision-making by heads of organizations; to select tools for the development of communications, emotional intelligence in organizations
-Ability to present the results of analytical research, seminar class, discussion, solving specific problems and situations, creative work, performing creative works, presentations
- The ability to draw up a plan to improve one's own competence in theoretical and practical tasks

Prerequisites and additional requirements
1) successful mastery of the disciplines "Management", "General Psychology"; 2) knowledge of theoretical foundations of individual and group psychology, psychology of communications, psychology of learning and management; 3) possession of elementary skills of interviewing, personality diagnosis, adult training; design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment
The semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student in the process of assimilation. Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.5), which is 25% of the total grade for the semester and assessment preparation for seminar classes - learning outcomes (skills 2.1-2.4; communication 3; autonomy 4), which is 75% of the total grade for the semester. Assessment is carried out during the semester of all types of work, including independent work on all seminar tasks and their presentation.
