Learning outcomes -Knowledge of the main historical and regional paradigms of the development of world and Ukrainian culture - Knowledge of the main historical stages, key events, personalities, scientific, artistic and educational achievements in the history of Ukrainian and world culture - Ability to perceive, analyze and interpret key morphological units and phenomena of world and Ukrainian culture - Ability to perceive and analyze works of art - Ability to communicate effectively with representatives of other cultures and nationalities in the process of performing professional duties - Ability to prevent, identify and resolve intercultural conflicts in the process of performing professional duties. - Ability to work effectively in an intercultural student and professional team

Prerequisites and additional requirements 1. To know the theoretical foundations of the history of Ukraine and world history. 2. Possess basic academic writing skills. 3. To have a command of the Ukrainian language at a level not lower than the level of fluency of the first degree (C1) in accordance with the Decision of the National Commission on State Language Standards No. 31 dated 06.24.2021. 4. To have English at a level not lower than B1 in accordance with the All-European recommendations on language education.

Planned educational activities and teaching methods Lectures, practical classes, seminars classes, independent work.

Methods and criteria of assessment Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.2), which makes up 25% of the total grade for the semester, and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1 - 2.4; communication 3.1 – 3.2; autonomy 4.1 – 4.3), which is 75% of the total grade for the semester. – semester assessment (MAX – 60 points / MIN – 36 points) – final evaluation (MAX – 40 points / MIN – 24 points): the form of final evaluation is an exam. The form of the exam is written work with tasks of various levels of difficulty. The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student during the exam is 40 points.
