Learning outcomes
PLR-2. Knowledge of technologies and models of teaching languages and literatures in institutions of secondary and higher education (with the use of professional, age and level differentiation), scientific schools and fundamental works in the field of methods of teaching languages and literatures, application of information technologies PLR-10. Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know: the theoretical foundations of teaching philological/methodical disciplines, how a graduate student's major is made up: goals, content, approaches, methods and methodological techniques, means, forms of organization of the learning process; 2. Be able to: effectively build the process of teaching philological / methodical disciplines in higher education institutions in accordance with the tasks and conditions of study; use modern methods, technologies of teaching philological/methodological disciplines, analyze educational and methodological complexes from the relevant disciplines with the aim of their rational use; to select language/literary material, techniques, means of teaching disciplines from the profession; draw up lesson plans-summaries, organize, conduct and analyze lessons; to be able to analyze linguistic / literary material at a level sufficient for teaching in an institution of higher education.
Course content
Module 1. Modern educational technologies in higher education Development of an individual practice plan. Attendance and analysis of demonstrative classes of teachers, which demonstrate the implementation of modern educational technologies. Development of classes using modern educational technologies (project technology, case studies, simulation games, discussions, technologies of differentiated learning, integrated learning, block learning, etc.). Conducting trial classes using modern educational technologies (project technology, case studies, simulation games, discussions, technologies of differentiated learning, integrated learning, block learning, etc.). Self-analysis of the lessons. Module 2. Conducting various types of classes (functions of the department assistant) Preparation for lectures. Conducting lectures Preparation for practical / seminar classes. Conducting practical/seminar classes (together with credit classes). Self-analysis of the lessons. Module 3. Carrying out methodical, organizational-pedagogical and educational work Preparation of methodological development of the organization of students' independent work, including educational activities. Preparation of materials for control, conducting control measures. Analysis of educational and work programs. Compilation of the work program project. Checking the tasks assigned to students for independent work. Participation in cathedral seminars, round tables, other events. Educational Activities. Assistant to the curator of the academic group. Work with student self-government. Participation in the organization of student events.
