Prerequisites and co-requisites
Before starting this course, students should know the main stages and characteristics of the historical and cultural process, the place of ethics among the philosophical sciences.
To be able to collect and interpret information about the phenomena and phenomena of culture, cultural processes and events; to single out actual socio-cultural problems and substantiate the principles and ways of solving them.
Possess elementary skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting regarding political, economic, cultural and artistic events and phenomena; use of foreign language professional informative sources.
Course content
Purpose of discipline is to provide students with a holistic understanding of the range of issues of professional and corporate ethics as relevant fields of knowledge and practice, the specifics of methods of ethical and applied research and ethical judgments, and the ability to use them in solving specific analytical and research tasks regarding moral conflicts in modern practices.
Annotation. The discipline is aimed at the formation of an educated specialist, ethically competent and morally oriented to conscientious, conscious and ethically balanced performance of professional activity. The subject field of applied, professional and corporate ethics, their place in the structure of ethical knowledge, features of ethical regulation of professional activity, ethical dimensions of professionalism are defined.

Assessment methods and criteria
The final number of points for the discipline (max. 100 p.) is defined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester, taking into account the final test. The credit is given based on the results of the student's work throughout the entire semester and does not include additional assessment measures. For students who scored a total of less points than the critical minimum - 60 p., it is necessary to complete the missed topics in writing in order to receive a credit.
