PLO3. To apply modern methods and technologies, including information, for the successful and effective implementation of professional activities and quality assurance of scientific research in the field of Turkish philology. PLO5. To find the best ways of effective interaction in a professional team and with representatives of other professional groups of different levels. PLO13. Explain the essence of specific philological issues and their own point of view on them and its justification to both specialists and the general public, including students, in an accessible and reasoned manner. PLO20. To master the basic methodological methods of teaching translation from Turkish into Ukrainian and vice versa in higher education.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful completion of the course requires master's students to have information about the methods of teaching a foreign language (Turkish) in secondary schools, free orientation in the educational space of Ukraine, students' knowledge of Turkish at a level that meets communication needs and is sufficient to analyse information about the methods of teaching Turkish in Turkey.
Course content
The discipline "Methods of Teaching Turkish in Higher Education" is a basic discipline that provides for the training of Turkish language teachers, stimulation of scientific and methodological activities of master's students, and improvement of the level of teacher education. The discipline involves the formation of students' theoretical approaches to teaching methods as a branch of pedagogical science, implementation of modern principles of organising the educational process in foreign languages, patterns and features of the process of teaching a foreign language in higher education, goals, content, methods and means of teaching; development of skills in conducting methodologically correct Turkish classes, as well as methods, techniques and means of teaching the language in higher education.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Abstract (work with various sources), scientific analysis of Turkish-language sources, work with electronic resources, websites of higher education institutions; creative and research assignments, presentations; open-ended tests, preparation for pedagogical practice.
Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge), which is 40% of the total grade, and assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills), which is 60% of the total grade. Assessment of semester work: 1. Work in practical classes: 12 - 30 points. 2. Presentation (independent work): 4 - 10 points. 3. Module tests №1 and №2: 15 - 20 points. 4. Credit: 14 - 20 points.
