Learning outcomes
PLO1. Evaluate own educational and scientific and professional activities, build and implement an effective strategy of self-development and professional self-improvement. PLO4. Evaluate and critically analyze socially, personally and professionally significant problems and propose ways to solve them in complex and unpredictable conditions that require the use of new approaches and forecasting. PLO5: Find optimal ways of effective interaction in a professional team and with representatives of other professional groups of different levels. PLO6: Apply knowledge of expressive, emotional, logical means of language and speech techniques to achieve the planned pragmatic result and organize successful communication. PLO20. To use specialized psychological knowledge in the organization of the main activities in a higher education institution, to apply psychological methods of optimizing the educational process.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful completion of the courses "General Psychology", "Educational Psychology", "Age psychology"; knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the structure of the psyche, factors and basic mechanisms of personality formation; possession of skills and abilities to analyze scientific literature, prepare essays, presentations, and discussion skills.
Course content
To familiarize students with the content, tasks and methods of higher education psychology as an academic discipline and a branch of science, to provide general theoretical training, as well as the development of modern psychological technologies for effective teaching and learning activities in higher education.

Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.3), which is 30% of the total grade, and assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1-2.4); (communication 3.1); (autonomy and responsibility 4.1), which is 70% of the total grade.
