Learning outcomes
PRN11. Carry out scientific analysis of the Slavic language, speech and literary material, interpret and structure it taking into account the classical and the latest methodological principles, to formulate generalizations on the basis of independently processed data. PRN13. It is accessible and reasoned to explain the essence of specific philological issues, own point of view on them and its substantiation both to experts, and to the general public, in particular students. Prerequisites and co-requisites
- Know the basic linguistics and culturology, system levels of the Croatian language, the system grammatical categories. - Be able to creatively apply the knowledge and methods of activity learned during the study academic disciplines; have initial experience in conducting scientific and methodological work, research and experimental forms of culturological activity; plan and evaluate own work. - Have basic research and management skills information; critical attitude to the analyzed phenomena; use of foreign languages professional information sources; production of complex oral and written messages; interaction and cooperation in learning in search situations.
Course content
The concept of "linguoculturology", the content and functionality of linguoculturological material in contemporary Croatian national language discourse. Significant directions linguoculturology, systems, principles and mechanisms for implementing functionality specific linguistic and cultural material, in particular, stylistic material and linguistic anthropology in the system of linguocultural studies: general basic theoretical principles of linguoculturology, stages of theoretical and methodological evolution linguoculturology.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures and practical classes, independent work, credit.
Assessment methods and criteria
During the semester, after lectures on relevant topics, practical ones are held classes, which are evaluated in accordance with the planned types of work. Assessment of semester work: 1. Oral answer, additions, participation in discussions on lectures and seminars, blitz polls, tests: 45/65 points. 2. Presentation: 11/15 points. (10 points for training + 5 points for defense). Presentations are published by students for later last lecture week. The semester final grade is formed by the points received by the student in the course of performance specified types and forms of education and obtained in the exam. Maximum distribution carried out according to the following algorithm: 80 points (0%) - semester control and 20 points (20%) - credit.
