Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. to know: - to have knowledge, abilities and skills in the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle, such as: "Introduction to university studies" and others. - the main categories and concepts related to the life activity of a person and society. 2. to be able to: - find out, analyze educational and scientific information, make reasonable conclusions on issues of professional activity. 3. possess elementary skills: - drafting written documents, correcting their content, systematizing materials necessary for work, effective organization of one's own educational activities.
Course content
The constitutional principles of the realization of the right to work and its main forms are revealed. The legal norms that regulate the procedure for concluding, changing and terminating an employment contract as the main form of exercising the right to work are studied. The legal principles of establishing and regulating basic working conditions are outlined: working time and rest time; rationing and payment of labor; labor protection, labor discipline. The grounds and procedure for bringing an employee to legal responsibility for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of one's work duties are disclosed. The legal basis for the protection of labor rights in Ukraine is analyzed. The discipline forms in students the economic, institutional and organizational foundations of entrepreneurial activity and is aimed at students' acquisition of knowledge and initial practical skills about the economic nature of entrepreneurship, its form and planning; innovative entrepreneurship; technologies for creating one's own business; state regulation of entrepreneurship; commercialization of scientific developments.

Assessment methods and criteria
Part "Selected sections of labor law" Semester assessment of such types of work as oral survey (participation in discussion), solving situational problems, modular control work is carried out during seminar classes, which take place according to the schedule online or offline. Part "Fundamentals of entrepreneurial activity". Semester evaluation of such types of works as individual speeches, additions, blitz surveys, discussion of problematic issues, participation in discussions, individual tasks (fixed speeches and defense of presentations, writing essays, creative works, etc.), performance of control works, is carried out during seminar classes , which take place on a schedule online or offline. The student receives a credit for the results of the academic work in the semester, if he received a minimum of 30 points for each unit of the educational discipline "Selected sections of labor law and the basics of entrepreneurial activity".
