Learning outcomes
PLO 2 Work effectively with information: select necessary information from various sources, in particular from professional literature and electronic bases, critically analyze, interpret, organize, classify and systematize it. Prerequisites and co-requisites
1 To know:
- Possess knowledge, skills, and abilities in disciplines of the social-humanitarian cycle, such as ""Introduction to University Studies"" etc.
- Understand the basic categories and concepts related to human life and society.
2. To be able to identify, analyze educational and scientific information, draw reasoned conclusions on professional activities.
3. To possess fundamental skills in composing written documents, editing their content, systematizing materials necessary for work, and effectively organizing one's own educational activities.
Course content
The corse explores the constitutional principles of realizing the right to work and its fundamental forms. Students study legal norms regulating the procedure for concluding, amending, and terminating an employment contract as the primary form of realizing the right to work. The legal principles for establishing and regulating the basic conditions of work are outlined, including working time and rest time, labor regulation and remuneration, and occupational safety and work discipline. The legal foundations for protecting labor rights in Ukraine are analyzed. The discipline is aimed at providing students with economic, institutional, and organizational foundations of entrepreneurial activity, fostering knowledge and initial practical skills related to the economic nature of entrepreneurship, its forms, and planning; innovative entrepreneurship; and the technologies of creating one's own business.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Educational activities include oral responses, solving situational problems, presentations, and module control work. Types of ongoing assessment for the "Selected Sections of Labor Law" block include oral questioning (participation in discussions), solving situational problems, module control work, and independent work. For the "Fundamentals of Entrepreneurial Activity" block: participation in lectures and seminars (quick quizzes, presentations, contributions, discussion of problematic issues, fixed speeches, and presentations), module control work, independent work (essay writing, preparation of presentations, situational exercises). Teaching methods include lectures, seminars, consultations, and independent work.

"Semester evaluation for the ""Selected Sections of Labor Law"" part is as follows:
Oral examination: Max. 12 points / Min. 7 points.
Solving situational problems: Max. 8 points / Min. 4 points.
Independent work: Max. 20 points / Min. 14 points.
Module control work: Max. 10 points / Min. 5 points.
For the ""Fundamentals of Entrepreneurial Activity"" part:
