Course content
The educational component "Third Language. Part 4. Practical Course of the Third Language (Spanish): Professional Level" is part of the optional block "Translation and the Third Foreign Language" according to the educational plan of the educational-professional program "German Philology and Translation, English language." It is taught in the 8th semester of the bachelor's degree, with a total of 7 credits, consisting of 210 hours, including 106 hours of practical classes and 104 hours of independent work. The course includes two thematic modules and two final module control works, concluding with an exam.
The systematic study of the syntactic structure of the Spanish language continues, focusing on the lexicon within the system of syntagmatic and paradigmatic relationships of words. The curriculum places significant emphasis on the study of basic methods of word formation. Written language skills are reinforced through translation and composition tasks. Conversational practice is based on the extensive use of audio-visual courses, including recordings of dialogues, grammatical exercises, and socio-political texts, aimed at developing communicative and language perception skills.
