PLO 3. Organize own learning and self-education process. PLO 16. Know and understand the basic theories and concepts of the chosen philological specialization, be able to apply them in professional activities. PLO 18. PLO 22.2. To know and understand the psychological, pedagogical, and methodological principles of developing German language communicative competence using modern educational technologies.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful completion of the courses "Modern Pedagogical Technologies (German Language)" in the 5th semester and "Methodology of Teaching German Language and Lingvodidactics" in the 5th semester, as well as the discipline "Practical Course of German Language" in the 1st to 6th semesters.
Course content
The discipline "Psychology of Teaching Foreign Languages" is a component of the training of specialists at the educational qualification level of "Bachelor" in the field of knowledge 03 Humanities, specialization 035 Philology. This discipline is an elective course within the block of disciplines "Lingvodidactics and Translation" and is taught in the 6th semester with a total of 90 hours (3 credits), including 10 hours of lectures, 30 hours of practical classes, and 50 hours of self-study. "Psychology of Teaching Foreign Languages" aims to provide students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for professional teaching activities.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment: - Oral response - Project defense - Presentation defense - Test - Midterm examination Final assessment: Pass Throughout the semester, assessment is carried out according to the types of assignments and forms of evaluation. The final assessment is based on the student's performance throughout the semester and does not involve additional evaluation measures. Students who have accumulated a minimum of 60 points receive a "pass" grade. Students who have not accumulated a minimum of 60 points receive a "fail" grade. Students who have accumulated a total score of less than 60 points during the semester are required to complete the outstanding material by submitting independent work, essays, or, if necessary, take a makeup exam in order to pass the course.
