The educational discipline of a practical nature aims to familiarize students with various types of texts and established rules of their writing in the German language, in comparison with parallel Ukrainian texts. The focus of the learning process is the development and improvement of students' translation and text creation competencies. Upon successful completion of the discipline, students should be able to functionally translate texts from Ukrainian to German, adhering to established text creation rules in the German language. Additionally, within the framework of the discipline, students expand their German vocabulary, practice stylistic skills, and consolidate the automatism of comprehensive translation analysis as the basis for functional translation. Students also receive a portfolio with course materials.
