Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Lectures, practical sessions, independent work: preparation of a presentation, compilation of a glossary; translation of educational video.

            Assessment methods and criteria

Knowledge assessment is conducted according to the ECTS system, which involves a two-level evaluation of acquired material. This includes the assessment of theoretical preparation, which accounts for 30% of the overall grade, and the assessment of practical preparation, which accounts for 70% of the overall grade.
The semester score is determined by the points earned by the student during the process of mastering the material from all topics of the content module and the completion of independent and individual tasks (compiling a glossary, translating educational videos).
The final evaluation is in the form of an examination. The examination grade is based on the student's work throughout the entire semester and does not require additional assessment measures for successful students. (For detailed information on assessment criteria, please refer to the course syllabus.)
