Course content
The goal and task of the educational discipline "Scientific image of the world" is to acquire knowledge in the field of the history of the development of science, as well as the formation and features of the modern scientific image of the world.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Education takes place in the form of lectures and self-study work of students, which involves preparation for writing an essay, performance of control tests.
Assessment methods and criteria
The course includes 3 content modules. All learning outcomes are evaluated systematically, throughout the semester, in accordance with the thematic plan of lectures. The sum of points for all ZM is calculated according to the principle of accumulation: a maximum of 100 points, a minimum of 60 points. The credit is given based on the results of the student's work throughout the entire semester and does not include additional assessment measures for successful students. For students who scored a total of less than 60 points, in order to receive a credit, it is absolutely necessary to prepare the material (no later than a week before the end of the course) on the topics for which the debt arose, in the form of writing modular control papers, and performing practical written tasks, having coped with at least 60% of the tasks.
