Learning outcomes
PLO 1. Communicate fluently on professional issues with specialists and non-specialists in the state and foreign languages orally and in writing, use them to organize effective intercultural communication. PLO 5. Cooperate with colleagues, representatives of other cultures and religions, supporters of different political views, etc. PLO 8. To know and understand the language system, general properties of literature as an art of words, the history of the Crimean Tatar language and literature, and be able to apply this knowledge in professional activities. PLO 10. To know the norms of the literary language and be able to apply them in practice. PLO 14. To use the Crimean Tatar language in oral and written form, in different genre-style varieties and registers of communication (official, informal, neutral), to solve communicative tasks in everyday, social, educational, professional, scientific spheres of life.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful completion of the following courses: "Scientific Image of the World", "Practical Course of the First Oriental Language", "Fundamentals of Translation Theories", and "Translation Practice". 2. Knowledge of the types of translation strategies and transformations; methods of proofreading and editing texts of different genres and styles. 3. Knowledge of translation terminology, methods of translation analysis of the text; regulatory framework for editing; methods and techniques of editing authentic and translated texts of various functional purposes; proofreading methods. 4. Ability to analyze the original text in the source language and synthesize a new translation into Turkish and Ukrainian; use modern search engines, automated translation systems, electronic and printed reference resources; carry out editorial analysis of written text of various functional purposes.
Course content
The internship is a mandatory component in the structural and logical scheme of the Turkish Language and Literature and Translation, English program, as well as a form of confirmation of the acquired practical skills. During the internship, students develop the skills of practical application of professional knowledge and competencies acquired during their studies to successfully solve problems in the field of translation and editing, in particular: to carry out linguistic analysis and translation of texts; to edit Turkish, Ukrainian authentic and translated texts; to ensure lexical, stylistic and semantic correspondence of the translation to the author's original; to carry out spelling, lexical and semantic, stylistic and grammatical correction. The organization of the internship is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on Educational and Industrial Practices of the ER IPP.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Drawing up a plan and conducting an interview (respondent of choice); analysis, editing, translation (stylistic, translation) of the text; participation in a webinar, conference, open lecture, presentation; camera work (entering texts into the CTM corpus); writing an essay on the topic (according to the IP), evaluating teamwork on solving the problem; preparation of an analytical note (according to the IP); creation of news reports, writing press releases; creative task (writing a scenario for a thematic event, developing a quest, test tasks); processing (selection, bibliographic analysis, writing an annotation to the source) of methodological literature (Crimean Tatar Cultural Center) for the bachelor's project.
Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation of semester work: 1. Planning and conducting an interview (respondent of your choice): 6 - 10 points. 2. Analysis, editing, translation (stylistic, interpretation) of the text: 2 - 5 points. 3. Participation in a webinar, conference, open lecture, presentation: 2 - 5 points. 4. Operational work (entering texts into the CTM corpus): 10 - 15 points. 5. Writing an essay on the topic (in accordance with the IP), evaluation of teamwork on solving the problem: 3 - 5 points. 6. Preparation of an analytical report (in accordance with the IP), creation of information messages, writing press releases: 2 - 5 points. 7. Creative task (writing a script for a thematic event, developing a quest, test tasks): 3 - 5 points. 8. Processing (selection, bibliographic analysis, writing an annotation to the source) of methodological literature for a bachelor's project: 8 - 10 points.
