Prerequisites and co-requisites
The student must successfully master the discipline "Selected Sections of Labor Law and Fundamentals of Business" and have knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle "Introduction to University Studies" and others; know the basic categories and concepts related to human and social life and be able to identify, analyze educational and scientific information, make informed conclusions on professional issues; have basic skills: drafting written documents, correcting their changes
Course content
The course "Selected Sections of Labor Law and Business Basics" is a compulsory course in which students study the legal rules governing the procedure for concluding, amending and terminating an employment contract as the main form of realizing the right to work. The course outlines the legal framework for establishing and regulating basic working conditions: working hours and rest periods; labor standards and remuneration; labor protection; and labor discipline. The grounds and procedure for bringing an employee to legal liability for failure to perform or improper performance of his or her labor duties are disclosed. The purpose of the discipline is to master the basic institutions of labor law, to form a holistic view of the theoretical, economic, institutional, legal and organizational foundations of business, as well as the necessary competencies and basic practical skills necessary for organizing and conducting business in accordance with the requirements of the state regulatory policy.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The semester program of the discipline includes the following forms of learning: lectures, seminars, and independent work. Semester assessment of such types of work as individual presentations, supplements, blitz surveys, discussion of problematic issues, participation in discussions, individual tasks (fixed speeches and defense of presentations, writing essays, creative works, etc.), performance of control works is carried out during seminars, which are scheduled online or offline, and module control work.

Evaluation of semester work:
Block "Selected Sections of Labor Law":
1. Independent work (report): 12 - 20 points.
2. Solving problems in seminars: 5 - 9 points.
3. Supplementing the answer: 4 - 6 points.
4.Oral questioning: 3 - 5 points.
5.Participation in the colloquium: 3 - 5 points.
6.Final control work: 3 - 5 points.
Block "Fundamentals of entrepreneurial activity":
1.Participation in lectures and seminars: 4 - 8 points.
2.Participation in lectures and seminars 2: 4 - 8 points.
3.Module control work: 4 - 8 points.
4.Independent work: 13 - 16 points.
5.Final assessment for the module: 5 - 10 points.
