PLO 12. To know the norms of the oriental literary language and be able to apply them in practice. PLO 32. Ability to organize the process of translation from Eastern and Western European languages. PLO 42.9. Know the phonetic rules, vocabulary, grammatical structures, stylistic principles of the second Turkic language.

Full-time form

Before taking this course, students should know the basic concepts of Turkic lexicology and linguistic studies of Turkic countries.

The main types of speech activities in the second Turkic language (Azerbaijani) are formed: reading, speaking, writing and listening. Students' communicative language competencies are developed: perception and understanding of basic and intermediate level discourse by listening, ability to communicate on topics defined by the program, text comprehension and ability to reproduce what they have read. Students develop writing and reading skills that meet the requirements of an advanced level of proficiency in a second Turkic language. The ability to use the theoretical aspect of grammatical material in practical application is improved. Classes are held in the form of practical exercises. The course ends with an exam.
