Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Certificate of Complete General Secondary Education.
2. Successful mastering of the following disciplines: OK.8 "Comprehensive discipline: Practical Course of the Japanese Language. Part 1 Japanese Language: Basic Level", Part 2 "Japanese Language: Intermediate Level"; "Basic Learning of Chinese Characters in Japanese"; OK.10 "Comprehensive discipline: Historical and Country Specific Studies, Part 2 Japanese Culture-Oriented Linguistics"; OK.13 "Comprehensive discipline: Introduction to Philology, Part 4 Introduction to the Japanese Philology"; OK.21 "Lexicology of the Japanese Language".
Course content
The comprehensive and multi-semester academic discipline OK.8 "Comprehensive Discipline: Practical Course of the Japanese Language, Part 3 Japanese Language: Advanced Level " consists of 5 credits (150 hours) in the fifth semester, including 74 hours of practical classes, 76 hours of self-study and ends with an examination.
A future specialist in the Japanese language should have the following skills: 1) enrich the vocabulary; 2) improve the ability to understand the entire text; 3) improve the ability to use Japanese correctly. The course consists of 4 parts, all of which are devoted to the study of Chinese characters and four language competences: writing, reading, listening and speaking. The teacher, at his/her discretion, can change the content of the program, assessing the performance of students and groups within the discipline. Classes are conducted in full-time or remote mode using various technologies.
