Full-time form

Successful completion of the courses: "Introduction to University Studies", "Japanese Language: Basic Level"; "Fundamentals of Linguistics: Synchrony" and "Fundamentals of Linguistics: Diachrony" (traditional and latest scientific paradigms of modern linguistics).

The academic discipline "Lexicology of the Japanese Language" is a part of the educational program "Japanese Language and Literature and Translation, English Language" in the specialty "Philology (Eastern Languages and Literatures (Translation Inclusive))". The discipline inlcludes lectures and seminars that will help students form a scientific idea of the systemic nature of the Japanese vocabulary, outline patterns in the lexicon development, master basic theoretical knowledge and practical skills for further learning of the Japanese language at the following levels of language and speech training. The discipline includes 2 content-related modules and ends with a pass-fail examination.

Forms of training: lectures, seminars, independent work. Teaching methods: explaining new material, actively listening, engaging in discussions, working in groups, discussing results.
