Learning outcomes
PLO 1. Communicate freely on professional issues with experts and non- experts in Ukrainian and Swedish, English and third Germanic language, in oral and in written form, use these languages to organize effective cross-cultural communication. PLO 11. Know the principles, technologies and techniques of oral and written texts of different genres and styles creation in Ukrainian, Swedish, English and third Germanic language. PLO 14. Use Swedish, English and third Germanic language in oral and written form, in different genre-stylistic varieties and registers of communication (official, unofficial, neutral), to solve communicative tasks in everyday, social, educational, professional, scientific spheres of life.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastery of the discipline implies: 1. Completion of the previous parts of the multi-semester course "Practical Course of the Third Germanic Language" and achieving all program learning outcomes at least at a satisfactory level. 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of phonetics, grammar, morphology, and syntax of the Ukrainian language, as well as the ability to draw linguistic parallels and associations. 3. Ability to operate with basic terminology and conceptual apparatus of linguistics. 4. Proficiency in elementary skills of syntactic analysis of sentences. 5. Ability to express one's own thoughts logically and coherently, and to provide reasoned arguments.
Course content
The discipline "Practical Course of the Third Germanic Language" involves deepening students' existing knowledge and improving their communication skills in the Dutch language at the B1-B2 level (CEFR). The course allows for expanding knowledge of basic vocabulary and grammar, which will enhance proficiency in effective communication and expressing opinions at social, everyday, and academic-professional levels. An important element of the course is the continuation of practicing reading adapted literary texts, enabling students to improve their skills in linguistic and literary analysis of texts, as well as contributing to the deepening of their lexical-grammatical and socio-cultural knowledge.

Practical classes, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Current assessment: answers in practical classes, independent work check, creative task, final test. Final assessment is an exam. Evaluation criteria for each form of control are given in the course program.
