PLO 2. To demonstrate an adequate level of national and foreign language mastery to perform written and spoken communication, namely in the situations of professional and scientific communication; to present the results of their studies in the national and foreign language. PLO 3. To implement the modern methods and techniques, namely informational, in order to perform a successful and effective professional activity and guarantee the quality of research in a specific philological field. PLO 5. To find optimal ways of effective interaction in the professional community and with representatives of other professional groups at various PLO 9. To characterize theoretical (concepts, categories, principles, basic concepts, etc.) principles and practical aspects of a specific linguistic specialization. PLO 10. PLO 14. PLO 20. Full-time form

1. Successful mastering of theoretical and practical translation disciplines of the educational program. 2. Proficiency in the Ukrainian language at the level of C2/native language and German at a level not lower than B2.

Translation practice is designed to immerse students in the production process of translation, it is an opportunity to apply in practice the competencies acquired during training to solve professional tasks ("translation in action": communication with the client of the translation project, communication with colleagues, analysis of the order, allocation of resources, implementation translation, editing, project completion, etc.). Practice lasts 2 weeks, and ends with a defence. Students undergo practice in institutions that require or provide translation services (working languages: German, Ukrainian); the place of practice is determined according to the list of existing agreements or according to the individual choice of the student.

Consultations with the head of practice, with the curator at the place of practice, independent work, project work, reflection, feedback, presentation

Report (self-reflection), characteristics from the place of practice, evaluation of completed translation projects (assignments), report documentation, defence in the form of a presentation. Detailed information on evaluation is contained in the RP. The final assessment takes place in the form of a differentiated assessment.
