Synthesize chemical compounds with specified properties, analyze them and assess compliance with specified requirements. P14. Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know organic chemistry at the bachelor's degree in Chemistry. 2. Have skills in writing organic reactions. 3. Have an idea of stereochemistryat the bachelor's degree in Chemistry. 4. Have the skills to write the mechanisms of organic reactions at the bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
Course content
Compounds with F, S, Si, P, B atoms. The nature of the carbon heteroatom bond; nomenclature, spectroscopy and application of heteroatomic compounds; chemistry of organofluorine compounds; phosphorus III and phosphorus V compounds; thiols, sulfides, sulfides of sulfonic salts; sulfoxides, sulfones, sulfur ylides, sulfenic, sulfinic, sulfonic acids and their derivatives, thiocarbonyl compounds; borans, oxygen-containing boron compounds; basic rules of silicon chemistry and organosilicon compounds.
