LO4. Make a psychological prognosis for the development of individuals, groups, organizations. LO5. Develop programs of psychological interventions (training, psychotherapy, counseling, etc.), conduct them in individual and group work, assess quality.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Student shall know: categories and concepts of the course; the ideas of the main socio-psychological approaches to the problem of mass behaviour; the essence of interaction and mutual influence of a person and a crowd.
2. They shall be able to: define the basic concepts and categories of psychology of mass behaviour; distinguish corresponding socio-psychological phenomena.
3. They shall have basic skills on research principles, strategies and methods.
Course content
The course purpose for students is to master the psychological patterns of mass consciousness functioning and crowd behaviour by studying the motives, factors, mechanisms of socio-economic activities of crowds and communities, to understand and to analyse the psychological background of the processes developing during interpersonal interactions.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, seminar, Individual work
Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment methods: recitations (speeches at the seminar, participation in discussions and debates, additional remarks), practical tasks, independent work, control work.
The form of final control is an exam.
Organization of evaluation: Evaluation is carried out during the semester for all types of work.
The results of students' learning activities are evaluated with the 100-point scale. The final score is defined as the simple sum of points granted for systematic work during the semester and a score for exam work.
Conditions to obtain an admission to the final exam: the recommended minimum for admission - 36 points.
To obtain an overall positive score in the course, the score for the exam can not be less than 24 points. The maximum score for the exam is 40 points.
Rating scale:
90-100 points – «excellent»;
75-89 points – «good»;
60-74 points – «satisfactory»;
0-59 points – «unsatisfactory».
