Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the scientific and psychological achievements in the disciplines of Personality psychology, Developmental psychology, Psychodiagnostics. 2. To be able to work in a group. 3. To be able to use the methods of primary introspection.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to transfer students the necessary amount of knowledge and competencies in the field of positive psychology, namely psychological tools to achieve and maintain subjective well-being, optimal functioning and prosperity. The discipline is designed for students to learn modern tools of formation and maintenance of their own subjective well-being. Training involves solving a number of tasks of basic professional training of psychologists, the formation of their competencies to create an individual tradition of environmental self-regulation and self-development, the formation and implementation of productive relationships with others.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, individual work, tasks for independent work, practical tasks for case analysis, practical tasks according to the topic of classes, practical tasks, discussion, organized discussion, personality-oriented teaching.
Assessment methods and criteria
Oral report, abstract, presentation of results, task performance, oral presentation, presentation, oral presentation, abstract. Summary: 10/6 points. Practical work on the 8th topic: 10/6 points. Practical work on the 13th topic: 10/6 points. Practical work final (self-analysis): 20/12 points. The final assessment is conducted in the form of an exam. The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a graduate student is 40 points. The minimum threshold level of the examination grade at which the exam is considered passed, the grade for the exam may not be less than 24 points. A student is not allowed to take the exam if he / she scored less than 36 points during the semester. He is admitted to the exam if he completes 50% of the practical work provided for in the plan.
