1. Know the basics of general, differential, and social psychology, developmental psychology.
2. Be able to carry out psychological analysis of the inner world and behavior of the individual.
3. Have the skills to search, process, and analyze information, use information and communication technologies.
Course content
Abstract. The study of the discipline forms the ability to analyze the content and flow of communication in various contexts, use this knowledge to improve the effectiveness of their professional and non-professional communication, teaching others the best ways to communicate. Formed as a result of studying the subject of competence will find application in all areas of professional activity of the psychologist - scientific, teaching, applied.
Purpose: to acquire knowledge of applied psychology of communication; know the psychological principles of building a communicative process; master basic communication skills and abilities; learn to effectively use the leading forms, techniques, and methods of business communication; be able to analyze non-verbal signals in business communication.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, discussions, and debates in seminars; individual and group creative tasks, case analysis, diagnostic work with methods, elements of game training, communicative exercises and role-playing games, individual work.
Assessment methods and criteria
The results of students' learning activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale.
Oral answers at seminars, additions, participation in discussions, the performance of the creative individual and group tasks are evaluated at each lesson and independent work after classes. The final test is performed in the classroom at the end of the semester. The test is set by adding the number of points obtained for all types of work during the semester and the final test.
