Learning outcomes
LO 8. Independently make decisions in difficult and unpredictable situations. LO 9. Perform reflexive practices in the context of the values of social work, responsibility, including to prevent professional burnout. LO 10. Analyze the social and individual context of the problems of the individual, family, social group, community, formulate the goals and objectives of social work, plan interventions in difficult and unpredictable circumstances in accordance with the values of social work. LO 15. Develop criteria and performance indicators for professional activities, apply them in evaluating the work performed, and offer recommendations for ensuring the quality of social services and management decisions. LO 18. Demonstrate a positive attitude to your own profession and comply with ethical principles and standards of social work by your behavior.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) To know: the study of the academic discipline "Professional and corporate ethics" requires students to have knowledge of philosophy, theory of social work; knowledge of the basics of professional ethics regarding the establishment of humane, morally healthy relations in the field of social work; values and principles underlying the professional ethics of a social pedagogue and the peculiarities of the relationship and development of professional culture and ethics;
2) To be able to: use the basic concepts of social work ethics, use the principles of professional ethics in the process of one's professional activity, and be responsible for one's professional duties.
3) Possess: interaction skills with various client groups of a social pedagogue; regulators of activity and behavior in a group of young professionals.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline - acquisition by students of the necessary knowledge about the essence, structure of professional and corporate ethics, and the formation of students of the necessary abilities and skills for decision-making in the development, implementation and acquisition of ethical principles and norms in professional activity.
The content of the discipline is revealed in the theoretical foundations of the foundations of professional and corporate ethics, ethical norms, values, ethical principles in the work of a social pedagogue, the code of professional ethics of a social pedagogue and International ethical standards of social work. To make decisions in balanced socially significant problems of achieving social well-being of various population groups through the prism of professional ethics.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment:
1. Oral answers (speech at the seminar, participation in discussions and debates, additions): 28/17 points
2. Analytical report: 28/17 points
3. Creative independent work: 24/14 points
4. Final control work: 20/12 points.
Final assessment: credit.
The test is based on the results of the student's work during the semester (the maximum number of points for work during the semester is 100) and does not provide additional assessment activities for successful students.
Students who scored less than 60 points during the semester, but more than the critical minimum of 40 points, are credited. The test is conducted in the form of an oral survey on the subject of the course and the performance of a creative individual task, which is estimated at 20 points.
