Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) To know: fundamental theories in the field of social work, the basics of management psychology, sociological interpretations of the concept of "institutionalization" and social institutions.
2) To be able to: apply the basic theories in the field of social work, the basics of management psychology.
3) To be able to: analyze regulatory documents governing the activities of institutions in the social sphere.
Course content
The discipline is designed to form a basic understanding of the essence and features of the management of social organizations as a basic competence of a social worker. The discipline has an applied nature and involves the development of a systematic, comprehensive vision of organizational forms of modern production and management in various spheres of social life.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Creative and practical tasks - up to 10 points for each.
2. Preparation of presentations - up to 20 points for each.
3. Module test - up to 15 points.
- Final assessment in the form of an exam. The exam is based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester. The procedure and evaluation system is specified in the working curriculum of the discipline.
